The Pittsburg PA. Sheriffs department was introduced to N.V.S. on April 21 2005.

Daniel Verkerke taught the Sheriffs department personally. There was a great response and interest in continuing the program. Deputy Sheriff Eddie Rose was appointed Director of NVS training for their department.
