Dawn began her martial arts training with Karate in
Wallaceburg, Ontario in 1980.
In 1981 Miss. Marsh
started training in Kung Fu under Sifu Mike Emeny at the House
of Seven Tigers in Guelph Ontario.
1982 Dawn became the
assistant Instructor for the House of Seven tigers
1983 Miss. Marsh
participated in a self Defense video series which was later
featured on cable TV
1984 appeared in the
local newspaper performing a demonstration in Guelph Ontario
1985 Dawn received her
Instructors certificate and began Instructing her own classes
for the House of Seven Tigers.

1986 Miss. Marsh received a Plaque from her students in
recognition for her time and dedication. Dawn's classes were
always full

1985 - 1987
During this time she was
also involved with assisting the Street Elite Courses and the
workout weekend camp as well as various demonstrations.
Throughout the years that followed Ms. Marsh also began
body building and received 3rd place in her division at the
Ontario. It was also around this time when Miss Marsh received
employment as security in nightclubs.
Dawn felt she was no longer progressing at the Kung Fu school,
so she began her search for an art which would be more
fulfilling.
After visiting many schools in dismay she started losing hope.

1995 Miss Marsh's security experience provided a means to
meet Grandmaster Daniel Verkerke. After working on Mr.
Verkerke's security force Dawn was accepted as a personal
student at the Seicho Jutsu Hombu Dojo.
1996 Dawn started a children's class at the Hombu Dojo as
well as attending the regular and advanced classes.
Studying Seicho Jutsu became a great eye opener that has
provided an inspiration far greater than Dawn could ever have
imagined.
In the Fall of 1996 Miss Marsh received "Instructor of the
Year" award at the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame in
Jacksonville FL.
1997 Miss Marsh received her Shodan in Seicho Jutsu under
Grandmaster Daniel Verkerke. Dawn also became an Executive
Council member with the
International Freestyle Martial Arts
Organization and
helped organize the IFMAO gathering.
While training in Seicho Jutsu Dawn has also gained
certification in Judo, Hapkido and Ninjutsu
1999 Miss Marsh received her Nidan in Seicho Jutsu and also
became an active Platoon commander with the
Combat Arts Club

2000 Dawn accepted position as President of the I.F.M.A.O.
Miss Marsh also received the Millennium Woman of the Year
Award at the
World Head of Family Sokeship Council International Hall of
Fame.
Dawn also participated with
the Seicho Jutsu demo team on stage at the Martial Arts Expo
which was Televised on Shaw TV

Miss Marsh continues to train at the Seicho Jutsu Hombu
Dojo and hopes to one day reach the Masters level.
